Oh Goodie! was born out of my daughter Willow’s first birthday party.

 It was ‘Garden Party’ theme to match her Spring birthday and I was searching for some cute little party bags to give her friends as mementos which would last long after the day was over. I wanted more than just bags full of sugar or cheap plastic toys – I wanted them to be fun, stylish and of course, just a little bit sweet.

After doing some research online, I found my options were limited and none seemed to mesh those three elements together – all the cute cotton party bags didn’t come prefilled and the ones that did were usually filled with lollies or 'plastic fantastic'. It was then that the idea of Oh Goodie! was born and almost a year later, my vision of creating pretty prefilled cotton party bags came to life.

Since the launch of Oh Goodie's first Rainbow design in 2019, my little business has evolved and grown with me, as we welcomed my second daughter into the world, and my range of stylish kids party bags and party favours expanded to include popular party themes such as Frozen, Space, Safari, Tutti Frutti, Mermaid, Unicorn, Dinosaur, Construction and my first entirely plastic free and eco-friendly party bag collection. I have also been lucky enough to have helped mama's across Australia bring their party visions to life through bespoke party bags to match all kinds of unique themes and colour schemes. 

 

As a mum, I know how quickly time flies and how fast our little ones grow so it's important to celebrate those important moments and milestones. Now, kids party bags no longer need to be disposable - my cotton muslin Goodie bags serve as a gorgeous keepsake which will continue to make your guests smile as they remember your little boy or girl's birthday celebration for days, months and years to come. 

So much of my heart and soul goes into making these bags – not to mention a whole lot of love and a sprinkle of fairy dust because the best stuff always is…I hope they bring as much joy to your and your children as they do for me.
