I love your designs but don't see a Goodie bag to match my party theme. Can you create one for me?
Yes! I sure can! I love creating custom party bags and party favours to match your little one's special day. I can customise the colours on all my party bags and favours to match different colour schemes and themes. Simply send me a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page and I will respond to your enquiry within 24-48 hours.
How far in advance do i need to organise the party bags and favours if I would like a custom creation?
Due to the time i spend designing your unique bags and sourcing/creating party favours which i may not have on hand - there is usually a 4-6 week turn around for custom orders. When you submit your custom enquiry, please include your party date and I will let you know if I will be able to create and send your party bags in time when I respond to your enquiry within 24-48 business hours.
The number of guests coming to my party has now changed. Can I return the Goodie bags that are no longer being used?
As all my bags are made to order and contain perishable items, I am unable to accept returns of those Goodie bags once they have left the business premises. However, my Goodie bags also make really gorgeous gifts so consider keeping and giving the Goodie bags as gifts to a lucky boy or girl at another date!
When will I receive my Goodies bags?
I aim to dispatch my items within 2-3 weeks from receiving your order. You can expect to receive your Goodies between 2-6 business days from the dispatch date depending on where you are located within Australia. All my orders are tracked and I will provide you with a tracking number once your Goodies are on their way to party with you!
What shipping options do you offer?
I currently offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide and $15 for express shipping. All my Goodie bags are sent with a tracking number which I will provide to you once they have been dispatched.
I'm worried my Goodies won't arrive in time, do you offer express shipping?
To ensure that your Goodies get to you even sooner, I offer express shipping which you can select at the checkout. Please note this will not affect the usual processing time , but once dispatched, your Goodies will arrive even quicker. If you are concerned that your Goodies won't arrive in time, please contact me beforehand and I will be able to give you a more specific timeframe for when you can expect your Goodies to be dispatched.
What payment options do you offer?
Planning a party can be stressful so for your convenience, I offer a range of payment options including credit/debit card, PayPal and AfterPay so that you can party now and pay later!
What is AfterPay and do I have to be eligible to use it?
AfterPay allows you to buy now and pay for your purchase over 4 equal fortnightly instalments. You do need to create a free account with AfterPay in order to use the service which you can do here.
Do you have a minimum spend for using AfterPay?
I do not have a minimum spend - so whether your purchasing 1 or 100 Goodie bags you can use After Pay to party now and pay later!
I love your Goodie bags but have a specific budget in mind. Can you create a combination of your Goodie bags and/or Party Favours to accomodate this?
I sure can! It means so much to me that you would like to have my Goodie bags as part of your child's special day. I understand the importance of sticking to a budget during the party planning process and will absolutely do my best to find a way to make my Goodie bags work for you. Simply send me a message using the contact form below with information about your budget and what bag/s you are interested in and I will respond with options to suit your budget within 24-48 hours.
Can I purchase the bags on their own so that I can fill them with my own party favours?
Of course! You can purchase any of my 100% cotton muslin bags with your chosen design for just $3.90 each. Simply select 'Bag only' from the drop down menu on each product page.
I am looking for some eco-friendly kids party bags and party favours - can you help?
I sure can! My new plastic free range of Goodie bags come in a range of popular themes including Mermaid, Unicorn, Dinosaur and Sunflower/boho. Featuring my signature reusable cotton muslin party bag, each comes prefilled with a selection of stylish, fun AND eco-friendly party favours - designed with your children and the planet in mind.

My Goodie bags are 4x6 inches.
I would like to purchase your Goodie bags as a gift. How do I do this?
One of the great things about my Goodie bags is that they are versatile and along with serving as the perfect party keepsake - they also make gorgeous gifts. If your purchase is intended as a gift, please leave me a note at the check out and I will amend the wording on the party favour labels accordingly.
I would like to personalise the bags with my chosen wording for an extra special touch. Can you do this?
I sure can! If you would like the bags personalised, please select the personalisation option from the drop down menu on the applicable products and place your desired wording in box provided.
I am located in Perth - do you offer local pick up or delivery?
I offer both! I am based in Padbury so if you would like to pick your Goodies up from me - please enter code, 'LOCALPICKUP' at the checkout. From there I will contact you to let you know when your Goodies are ready and to arrange a time for you to pick them up. Depending on where you located in proximity to Padbury, I can also deliver to you if needed and if you are based in Perth metro areas.
Can I purchase the party bags without the party favours?
Absolutely! Simply select 'bag only' from the drop down menu in each of the product profiles.
My child has a food allergy - can I replace or omit the lolly party favours?
Yes - if your child or guest at the party has a food allergy, please contact me and I will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement. Alternatively, I can omit the candy element all together or check out my plastic free and lolly free party bag range!
