Returns Policy

As all my party bags and party favours are made to order and contain perishable food items, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. However if the bag or any of the items within the bag are faulty, please contact me within 24-48 hours of receiving the bag and I will happily refund you the purchase price.
